see in the beginning we can start as that ATQ...30% of x = 3x/10....so at first the buyer was thinking that he wud pay 3x/10

let original price be y
displayed = x
so, x=0.3y 
the mentioned difference = y - (0.3x) = 91
because he will calculate 0.3 x as the price....now 2 equations , 2 unknowns
