Should it be possible to perfectly decode the fable in Problem Set 4 (problem 5)? Or it is likely to happen that there will be sections where more than one word can fit? Since the solution posted on the OCW site is for a different semester, it doesn't apply and is no help. I've been able to decode the entire fable and I did a search and found a copy of the original to compare. There are 3 sections where I have different words.... Instead of "turned on the power" I have "turned a a he power". Instead of "with a look at the ruined" I have "with a add hat the ruined" etc etc..
I ran out of space for the last one... Instead of "came forward with" I have "came ox ward with" If it should be possible to decode it without a single difference from the original, then I guess I have a logic error somewhere.
Since it basically just searching for a combination of legal words and not verifying it makes sense, I believe this is normal as this is what I and I know several others got. So I believe you are fine.
Thank you. I guess to take it further you would need to produce every combination of legal words and let the user pick the correct choice based on their knowledge of the language.
