OpenStudy (anonymous):

I assume you mean prime, haha

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ops sorry i mean prime Factorization

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Do you know what a primenumber is?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i don't no

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can u show me how to find it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I have a test on monday.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well, a prime number is a number which is only divisble by 1 and itself. For example no number other than 1 and 3 divides 3. No numer divides 11 execept 1 and 11, try it out and you will se that is not divisible by any other number.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The prime numbers you have to learn is 2,3,5,7,11,13

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes it's divaisable by 1,2,5,25

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Then when they want you to factorize by prime numbers you have to find the prime numbers which the number they given you are built from

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Take 10 for example it's prime factorization is 2*5 since both 2 and 5 are prime

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The easiest way is to use a "primetree"

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you mean this |dw:1350154821062:dw|
