you should have instructions from your school, especially if you transferred credits. Sometimes they do not count them in your gpa

HS calculate a little different especially if you are in honors, preap or AP classes

yes then it will be a little different, have you tried to see on the district's webpage how to calculate your GPA? Some districts only use core classes to calculate GPA's

did you withdraw? if so, then it is just a withdrawal grade and the new school then accepts these grades and your GPA continues for the semester. I would go talk to your school counselor
