I am having problems trying to graph this on my assignment, Where would the points actually be? Or what points would the line be on?
start at the origin... it has a positive slope and just plot when x=1, x=2, x=3 x=4, etc. when x=1 then y is 7.5 (1,7.5) x=2 then y is 15 so (2, 15) just multiply the x by 7.5 and get your y coordinate.

or if you have a graphing TI calculator, you can put the equation into the y= function, then hit the 2nd graph button and get your table, and you have all the points you need there too.
@zonazoo, how do you even get the points toinput it , for example say it is 250 pounds of garbage and A=7.5, How would I graph that?
