OpenStudy (experimentx):

5^(1729 mod 5) + 3^(1731 mod 5) mod 4

OpenStudy (asnaseer):

You could write this as:\[(1+4)^{1729}+(4-1)^{1731}\]Which, if you expand using the binomial theorem is always a multiple of 4 (I believe).
