At one point or another, we have all been exposed to the famous drug marijuana. Every person in the world will either hear or speak about the controversy of legalizing this drug. Whether it is to benefit the economy of a state or medical practice. Most of the population in the United States has a closed perspective of what marijuana is. Many see is as a addictive drug that will soon end the lives of many consumers, while others regard to see as a cure to symptoms caused by terminal diseases. My goal is to research both parts of the stories in order to answer my question of whether medical marijuana should be legal for those who suffer of terminal diseases?
i fixed it

Not the ones that are on here? I also saw one more thing. Rewrite the second sentence so that it is in the past participle to follow the lead of the first one.
"has either heard or spoken"?
Yes, use that to replace " will either hear or speak".
