find the second derivative of the function. f(x)=(2x^4+1)^7

OpenStudy (anonymous):

f'(x) = 7(2x^4 + 1)^6 (8x^3) f''(x) = 168x^2(2x^4 + 1) + 336(2x^4+1)^5 (4x^3)

okay i get this part :]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

my teacher gave me the answer to be 56x^2(1+2x^4)(3+54x^4) ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

he simplified it even more, so it should be the same answer when you simplify it

OpenStudy (anonymous):

o okay so if i leave it like this its correct right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):
