So what you want to do is get all the x's and all of the constants on one side of the equation so subtract 5x from one side and add four to the 15 what would get get after that?

2x + 9

It would look like this 2x=19 now in order to solve for x you will need to divided by 2 so then you will get x=19/2

Close because you have to get the x's on one side and the constants on the other you get like you have the 2x on the one side, but when you solve for the constants since you have a -4 on the one side you will have to add it to the 15 on the other side to give you 19 so you get 2x=19 then what will you do from there?
