Regardless of the format you choose, your project should: 
clearly identify the problem 
provide researched facts, details, and examples of the problem 
include graphics, images, charts, or data that illuminate the problem 
offer a detailed plan or solution(s) to the problem 
consider and incorporate research into your solution 
include documentation within the project and a Works Cited page recognizing a minimum of three sources

What is the problem?  What do you have written, so far?  A PP is just a summary of your paper.  You list key points, and supporting facts, without all the filler.  But, you still have to write something to go off of.
