Choose the best Spanish equivalent to the phrase. I helped the teacher. A. Yo ayudaron a la maestra. B. Yo ayudó a la maestra. C. Yo ayudé a la maestra. D. Yo ayudí a la maestra. **My answer: B is that right? :)

OpenStudy (gabylovesyou):

ayudo is like in the moment... in the question it says helped as in past tense so it would be c

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Remember that accents matter. When you have the verb without the accent (ayudo) it means I help (present tense). When you put an accent on the "o" it changes the meaning to he/she/you helped (preterite).
