I am trying to write my life story but don't know where to begin. Earliest memories from infancy?

if the way you were born was dramatic (like a volcano was erupting when your mother gave birth to you) then you should start with that

Start differently.
"I remember a blonde-haired child sitting in her lap...." YADDA YADDA
Then rewind back to introduction and hand out the generic information.
