Substitute a+bi into the equation. Separate the terms by their real and imaginary parts. You should end up with two equations. Something = 375, which is the real part, and Something = 0, which is the imaginary part. Then, solve for a and b. You've found your z.

You'll do the same thing for the second problem, except it'll be a much bigger hassle of manipulating equations, which will give you two z's.
