On a piece of graph paper, select three points and connect them with a straight edge to form a triangle. Write the coordinates of the vertices of the triangle you just drew. Then translate, reflect, or rotate the triangle. Write down the coordinates of the new triangle. In your post, give the coordinates of the preimage and image, but do not identify the type of  transformation you used.

Translate means to move it up or down only so shift the triangle up a few spots to show that.

To get a reflect just change the sign of the x coordinates and you will reflect over the y axis you can do the same over the x axis by changing the y signs.

To rotate take each coordinate and switch the "x" and the "y" and make all the new y coordinates negative. That will rotate it 90 degrees clockwise.
