Please help!!! Let C(x) =9x +25 be the cost to produce x units of a product, and let R(x)=-x^2+31x be the revenue. Find the maximum profit. Why answer is 11? Thnaks!! :)

OpenStudy (callisto):

First of all, you have to know that profit = revenue - cost So, Profit P(x) = R(x) - C(x) If you want to find the max. profit, you have to find P'(x) and put P'(x) = 0 Got it?
