I need help with Pre-Calc. In my lesson I was supposed to learn how to identify the graph of the value of a trig function and, in particular, locate the quadrant where the angle is located. Well I'm not real sure how. I know how to identify which quadrant it will be in, but not much other than that. Problem: Find angle theta if sin(theta)=7/10 and cot(theta) is positive. I have no clue how to graph it, but I do know that it will be in quadrant one. Help please ??

Thanks for the link, I'll study it. But unfortunately, my lesson said the same thing so I'm still confused. Thanks for the help though!
