OpenStudy (anonymous):

How is the concentration of CO2 altered by autotrophs in the dark?

OpenStudy (aaronq):

in dark photosynthetic (I) reactions plants and other (autotrophs) consume CO2 to produce hydrocarbons

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The question has to do with the concentration of C02 though, will it be higher or lower in the dark.

OpenStudy (aaronq):

they consume CO2 so the concentration will lower as they convert it

OpenStudy (aaronq):

sorry i thought it was implied
