PLEASE HELP. Let the function F be defined by f(x) = 2x . Which of the following expressions is equivalent to f(5t)? A. 2t B. 5t C. 7t D 10t E. 25t

OpenStudy (mathteacher1729):

F be defined by f(x) = 2x This is saying let f be defined by f (of some input) = two times (whatever that input is) So when you write f(5t) your "input" is just "5t" so what is 2 times (5t) ?
