OpenStudy (tainted):

A given atom has 3 protons, 4 neutrons, and 3 electrons. Describe how you can use those three values to describe the structure, charge, and mass of the atom.

OpenStudy (aaronq):

Protons = identity of element Protons + Neutrons = Atomic mass # of Protons - # of electrons = charge

OpenStudy (tainted):

Thanks!

OpenStudy (aaronq):

as for structure a single atom doesn't really have structure (or not one we can me sure i don think) it's simply an aggregation of protons and neutrons.

OpenStudy (aaronq):

no prob!
