I have a question on ps4, I'm having trouble understanding the problem statement, can anyone tell me the difference between build_coder and build_encoder, both seem to take the same input and produce the same output, only difference being the shift range. My code for build_coder: http://codepad.org/Zi3uk2Ty seems to work for any shift value in both directions. Thanks.
