y=Loga(x) passes through what point?

OpenStudy (phi):

It goes through lots of points. Did they give you a choice?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(0,1),(a,0),(0,a),(1,0)

OpenStudy (phi):

log base a of x means a^somenumber = x when they give you (0,1) that means x is 0 does y= log_a (0)= 1 or (rewrite the log as) a^1 =?? 0 no. a^1=a try the 2nd pair (a,0) use the formula a^y = x or in this case a^0=? a nope a^0=1 can you try the 3rd pair? use a^y = x and see if it is true
