Substitute like crazy and what do you get?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ignore the 7x-54 and the 8x. This is a logic problem. Focus on R, S and T. I'll start you off, RS=ST what does this imply? Assuming these are just standard variables and not matrices or anything crazy: We can divide both sides by S to get R =T. Which you can use in the other formulae. m<RST -> m<ST^2 Now can we use this for m<STU?

m<TU and m<TT ignore the S because constant. TU = 8x and T^2 = 7x -54 and TU>m and TT>m so either T and U are both negative or both positive. Sorry that's as far as I can get :S.

If only that > was an = sign...
