Actually, it's (D) Woodrow Wilson. He won two terms as President and led the US through WW1. It wasn't a landslide victory at the polls, but he won his second term. Before WW1, he ran with a promise of neutrality with the motto "he kept us out of war" being part of his campaign. But after WW1 started up, he had to rethink his position and eventually brought the country into the war anyway after German aggression threatened the US (unrestricted sub warfare and the Zimmerman Telegram).
