the 2 asymptotes are y=+-3/4x+b. when you replace y with 2 and x with 3, you get 2=(3/4)3+b and 2=(-3/4)3+b. the asymptotes are y=3/4x-1/4 and y=-3/4x+17/4. can anyone explain how they got the final asymptotes?
