If the slope of a line is 3/5 what is the line perpenicular to it? Could someone please give me a simple way to calculate perpendicular lines? Is the answer to this -5/3 because it is the negative reciporical?

perpendicular slope to your original = opposite reciprocal so -5/3 is correct

so basically you just flip the fraction and add a negative?
