First and foremost you must clarify what your expectations are, because it really depends on what you expect before you can determine whether or not those expectations have been met. Is it an all inclusive course that you can solely rely on for your CS education? No. Is it a useful resource to help clarify or reinforce some of the basic topics? Yes. So if you were to evaluate the site for what it is, a resource providing supplemental material, and you take into account that Khan presents topics in a manner that the vast majority of people can understand, then the logical conclusion is that it IS helpful.
