Problem: When results from a scholastic assessment test are sent to the test-takers, the percentiles associated with their scores are also given. suppose a test taker scored at the 59th percentile for verbal and 28th percentile for their quantitative grade interpret these results

There's no formula needed, it's just reinterpreting what being in a certain percentile means.
