Hello I am working on a statistics quiz and I am having trouble solving one of the problems. Problem: When results from a scholastic assessment test are sent to the test-takers, the percentiles associated with their scores are also given. suppose a test taker scored at the 59th percentile for verbal and 28th percentile for their quantitative grade interpret these results Can someone help me with this? I am not sure what formula to use thank you

There's no formula needed, it's just reinterpreting what being in a certain percentile means.
