\[A_{t}=160r^4\] \[A_{p}=\sqrt{r^7}\] Number of pieces should be \[\frac{A_t}{A_p}=\frac{160r^4}{r^{7*\frac{1}{2}}}=160r^{\frac{8-7}{2}}=160r^\frac{1}{2}=160\sqrt{r}\] If I understood the question correctly this should give you the expression for number of paper pieces.
