Is wheelie and stoppee an example of inertia?? or its more than just that??

basically i thought wheelie takes place cause the back wheel gets accelerated quickly and front wheel tries to move out of the way cause of its inertia of rest..

and stoppee cause when you front break the front wheel decelerates and the back wheel has inertia of motion so it continues to move and hence raises up.

so basically wheelie wouldn't occur if acceleration (front wheel drive) was given to front wheel or both wheels together

Is this correct or not?
