learn basics of building a website - HTML/CSS and then go learn some web programming like PHP , or python or ruby

@ksaimouli U can use the most popular free website builder introduced by Google
http://www.blogger.com I too have used it.
No need of typing codes but U can use codes for adding widgets to the template....It's easy to create too. :)

i know how to create HTML page and CSS i need a website with my domain name for example(ksaimouli.com) not (ksaimouli.websitecreatorname.com

If you want your own domain name you will have to by hosting services.. All this costs nearly $15 a month.. :)
