Find the x- and y- intercepts of (x^2+4x+3) or (x+2)^2-1 (that's what i simplified it to)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

X intercept y=0 so x=-1 or -3 (-1,0), (-3,0) Y intercept x=0 so y=3 (0,3)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x intercept is when the graph cuts the x axis and when it does that y=0. thus (x+2)^2-1=0. Solve for the equation and find values of x

OpenStudy (anonymous):

When graph cut Y axis X=0 thus sub x=0 into equation and you'll get the y co-ordinate
