Can someone look at my essay, I really want to know what you think, I can redo and improve on?

People have so much time on their hand, so why don’t most of us use a fraction of that time to help the things around them. When we help our community, we make a difference in the world. There are so many ways we can help our community from doing the small things such as helping your local library to picking up trash, or organizing food drive.

Do you ever get the feeling, that you brought enlightenment to people just by reading? Working at a library can be boring for some people, however when you try can be quite fun. At the library there are so many things to do like reading to the children or help stack books. In a library I volunteered at it was all about reading, so they had this contest about reading of course.I can honestly say the amount of readers are incredible, I have seen small faces light up as they got their prize they would run to show it off to their family.

Have you ever thought what’s happening to your park when someone throws trash?Among the things we can do for our community shouldn’t help our planet be important.We all share earth, but it can suffers when someone litters. This is a great thing to do if you're one of those get down and dirty people. You could help stop this by volunteering at parks. By picking up small pieces trash you're helping the environment from being polluted.

When we help our the less fortunate people we make their day better. Another way we can help our community is doing a food drive. Basically you can help organize and donate canned foods to charity so that homeless people can also enjoy a meal. It can be anything from canned peaches to ramen, remember giving is caring. They are people too who have sad stories to be told, so make it better for them by giving them the support they need.

In conclusion there are so many things to do when you decide to help those around you. When you help you become a part something bigger, you meet unique people and learn new things. You don’t even have to stop there, there are billions to do. Just remember you have twenty-four hours every day so, what are you going to do?
