you have nth term = 2 /(2n -1) (2n +1) now,, 1/(2n-1)(2n+1) = 1/2 * ( 1/(2n-1) - 1/(2n+1) ) make that substitution and see if it works..

Thanks i sort of got to that bit but i realise i had it wrong coz i had 1/(n)(n+2). where i really got stuck was showing that it converges and it's sum.
