Just want to let you guys know about https://www.edx.org/courses/HarvardX/PH207x/2012_Fall/about

It's a free e-learning course that started last week, and although the first homework assignment is due tomorrow, the course is set up so the two lowest homework grades get dropped: you can still pass the course if you start a week late.

The course is called "Health in Numbers: Quantitative Methods in Clinical & Public Health Research": basically a statistics course with a focus on medical statistics/epidemiology. Stats is important in biology too, so it could be a good introduction.
