I Want to write an essay on hydrogen as a source of energy, a unique and good essay ( 1 hour ) please help me.

Ehhh.........
First you need to find valid data from your experiment (i guess that you've been doing an experiment and had results from it to create this essay...
After you have your data and you want to start writing you need to structure your work.
You'll first need a heading, a title which will attract the reader.
Start by stating your research question, in this case the part where we can H to get energy. Here you should also include your variables here ((if you've been doing an experiment)controlled variable, independent and dependent). You can also add what type of ''tools'' you've been using so that the examiner can see your knowledge of the tools... but this is once again if you're doing this essay from a lab.
After that you can include the data you've found... just facts and facts, eventual graphs.
Next you add your thought how it would be used and how it works.
Conclusion [ it's not the same as your own thoughts.....].
Add eventual links bla bla bla.
