“A comma before, or after the ending of double quotes?", asked Parth hurriedly. “I wonder if a comma is before, or after the ending of double quotes,” wondered Parth.
OpenStudy (anonymous):
The comma goes INSIDE the quotation marks, but omit the comma if the quote ends with a question mark.
