Parth (parthkohli):

Soft question: What do you think is the most important constant in Mathematics and why?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

For me, I think it is Pi.

Parth (parthkohli):

And why?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think is x

Parth (parthkohli):

\(\rm x\)? lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Pi has a nice shape and is used more often in physics and geometry. It can help define any arc shape or anything that has to do with the circle. That is my opinion, please tell me what you think.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

x

Parth (parthkohli):

1 is the most important constant for me.

Parth (parthkohli):

We start with it... it is the most important constant in my opinion.

Parth (parthkohli):

It has mathematical significance and real-life too... and whatnot?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1 is not constant.......................

Parth (parthkohli):

Are you kidding me?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yep

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Lol. 1 is 1 where it goes XD.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[e^0\]

Parth (parthkohli):

lol ^

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think the most important constant is integers.. :)

Parth (parthkohli):

Which integer?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Lets see... Counting numbers.. :D

Parth (parthkohli):

But which counting number?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Not one number but the numbers which are <=10 and >=1.. :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Just kidding.. :D

Parth (parthkohli):

lol yes.

Parth (parthkohli):

One of them said "x". Another said "1 is not a constant......."

Parth (parthkohli):

What kind of world do I live in?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

In the 21st century world where most are nutters... :D
