Solve the following equation. leave Logs in your answer. 3 x 7^4x+1=13. Can someone please show me the steps to solve this?

so 7^4x=4....use log funcn on both sides....4xlog7=log4........x=1/4*log4/log7...thats 1/4*\[\log7{4} \]

are u sure u can subtract the 1 at the beggining since its part of an exponent?
