This is a pretty good question because bagpipes are really strange instruments. They are generally in the Concert pitch of A. But some of them vary their model or build can make them off set from this. I've heard that some bagpipes can be between concert pitch A and B. So i'm a little unsure but i'll talk to my band director a little bit and come back to you this afternoon.
