helpp, please. Gretchen is using an overhead projector to enlarge a drawing so she can make a poster. The original drawing measures 60 mm wide by 80 mm high. She moves the projector so that the width of the projected image is 300 mm. If the original drawing and the projected image are similar figures, what will be the height of the projected image?

I think this is related to the proportionality question.
Original measures = 60 mm wide x 80 mm high.
New measures = 300 mm wide x ? mm high?
60/80 = 300/x
Cross multiply
60*x=300*80
x = 300*80/60
x = ?

As a general rule, whenever you see the word "SIMILAR" anywhere in a question, it means that you need to make sure that both ratios of given numbers are equal. Which in this case is 60/80 = 300/400 = 3/4 :)
