Pat and Suzi shoot arrows at a target. Pats chance of hitting the gold (the centre) is 1/10 and Suzi's chance is 1/8. They shoot alternately, pat starting, and the winner is the first person to hit the gold. What is the probability that pat wins? Why does this value make sense?
