well first if they are similar, then 4/7 will = 14/25.5

and to find the scale factor you can just take the fraction of either the numerator or the denominator it doesnt matter... so the scale factor would be either 4/14 or 7/25.5, either way you will get the same thing... you also must you the corresponding side to find the scale factor

ohh no, it is c... b/c 4/14 reduced is 2/7, and 7/24.5 reduced is also 2/7... so it is 2/7. :-)
