In Southeast Asia, European influence....

b) strengthened the state of Burma against the aggressions of Thailand and Vietnam.

c) drove out the Chinese influence and replaced Confucianism with Lutheranism.

d) was mostly limited to the Malay Peninsula and the Indonesian Archipelago.
