PLEASE HELP!!! A person is watching a boat from the top of a lighthouse. The boat is approaching the lighthouse directly. When first noticed the angle of depression to the boat is 16°18'. When the boat stops, the angle of depression is 48°51'. The lighthouse is 200 feet tall. How far did the boat travel from when it was first noticed until it stopped? Round your answer to the hundredths place.
Please draw a picture. Put a light house on your page and a two boat (on the same side of the lighthouse) somewhere else on the page. Put the boats at the same level as the bottom of the lighthouse. Finally, draw a little stick man at the top of the lighthouse. A woman would never be so silly as to stand up there! Okay, one more thing. Draw a horizontal line from stickman's eyes in the direction toward the boats. This is your reference line. Now use your Angle of Depression information to draw the correct lines to the two boats.
