find an equation for the plane perpendicular to 8x-2y+6z=1 and passes through p(-1,2,5) and b(2,1,4)

if the dot product of two vectors is zero, they are orthogonal (perpendicular)... so you have to find what other vector makes the dot product zero. Then you have to plug in b and p to check. Does that make sense?
