That's a funny question. It's not really hard, its the sense of understanding it. Considering it has so many different topics on life it make it much more difficult. I would assume that at the very least. I don't know, again that's a funny question - all about opinion.

Biology is not actually hard. But you need a strong a background on other fields of science to take a good grasp of the topics. Just enjoy it.
