OpenStudy (anonymous):

The test is inconclusive I believe.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

huh?

this may help http://math.info/Calculus/Ratio_Test/

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im confused.. do you not understand the question?

OpenStudy (sup_open~study):

i don't understand any of it xD

OpenStudy (sup_open~study):

that website did not help ??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If r equals 1 the ratio test cannot be used to determine convergence of the series.

OpenStudy (sup_open~study):

i got it If r = 1 after the ratio test, the test has been inconclusive and cannot tell you whether the series converges or diverges.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Yep.

OpenStudy (sup_open~study):

woot

OpenStudy (sup_open~study):

@coolaidd do you understand it ??

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Dont ask why. Its just by definition.
