There are 3 teaspoons in 1 tablespoon. Write an expression for the number of tablespoons represented by t teaspoons. Use multiplication by a fraction.

Tablespoons=1/3t

We thought something similar but the next part of the problem is substitute 1 3/4 teaspoons into your expression so not quite sure what to do with that.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Just put 1 3/4 where t is

So determine the number of Tablespoons equivalent to 1 3/4 teaspoons? Seems so simple. I think I was making it harder than it actually was. Thank you very much!
