Congruent is sort of like being equal, with the triangles you want to look at any markings that are the same on different lines, if two different lines have 1 "slash" mark on it then those two lines are equal. From how it looks on your image, it shows that DB is equal to EB. Even though there is not lines to show equality for the other lines, AB looks like it is equal to BC. So angle DBC should be congruent to EBA
