OpenStudy (anonymous):
A 9.0kg mass stretches a spring 0.35m when the weight is hung on the end of the spring. If a 25kg mass is attached to the end of the spring then what will the period of the spring-mass system? would I use the formula T=2pi sqrt m/k? Someone please explain to me how I can solve this problem.
